After graduating he worked in Philadelphia then moved back to the Crown Point/St. John area to continue his career and be closer to family. Dr. Mangiaracina and his family, were patients of Dr. McCarroll at the Hammond office and followed him to St. John. Dr. McCarroll was his dentist since he was a child, and he was his inspiration to enter the field of dentistry
